THE MAN WHO PLANTED TREES
From the homonymous story by Jean Giono, these illustrations were created for the stand of the agri-food CDO at the 2018 edition of the “Meeting for friendship among peoples”.
The images are inspired by the story of a man from the 1920s who, by planting trees for pure pleasure, revived a desert area of French Provence. The supports on which the illustrations were printed are pre-spaced curtains and panels placed and created as a scenographic set-up for the exhibition.
